Hello, I type this with a heavy heart and tears in my eyes. My mother passed away due to ongoing complications from diabetes & a multitude of health issues. The sudden passing happened as we were praying for her post-amputation recovery & prosthetic leg physical therapy to go well has left our family in the predicament of not being financially ready.
