Support black youth organizing

There is currently a moment of truth around us, where the movement #BlackLivesMatter has emboldened the nation to take action. Black youth organizations, Cal BSU, Afro House, organizers in Ferguson, and other black youth across the nation are gaining power. National and international attention has been focused on these sites of unrest, including Berkeley. We are witnessing the emergence of another civil rights, black power movement across our nation.

This is not a new call, but we are now seeing a response that has reverberated throughout society. We hope to establish and build off a movement of radical black love, healing, and organizing. We as black youth, as black students, are committed to liberation of our people for as long as it takes. Please support us in our fundraising efforts. In order to be in it for the long haul we must sustain ourselves financially. Money goes to feeding and flyering for the movement. Home base is @AfroHouseCal.
