Lola- Family Pet - Broken Jaw

Hi, my name is Jennie and my dog Lola had an accident and has a broken jaw. We have called all over searching for a local vet to help none of the local vets can do the surgery. We have a surgery date on January 2nd in Williston vermont. Surgery is going to cost a significant amount as well as the expenses of travel and overall care after surgery. Lola is 5 years old and she is full of happiness and energy. She is a well loved family pet. No matter what Lola will have the surgery, looking for any support from family and friends if able. This is not the time of the year for this type of expense along with many other expenses my family has taken on over the past few years. This is not my typical go-to but I am at a loss of where to find any financial support for the surgery. If anyone is willing to help I will be externally grateful for the support. If anyone has any ideas/suggestions on programs that help I would love to hear them as I have been searching online and researching and asking local vets but no luck.
