Support Tony in His Time of Need

Hello, our names are Becka, Sari, and Alex. And we are friends and colleagues of Tony's who are looking to help him during this critical time. We knew that Tony has been struggling and offered to support him, in part, by running this fundraiser. We hope you will consider joining us in this effort.

Tony is an artist and an educator who co-founded a beautiful school, Heartwood Agile Learning Center, that he ran for many years. He is also simply down on his luck now. He's been unemployed and has had difficulty finding work suitable to his skillset and his neurodivergence. In his own words:

"The short term disability benefits, unemployment benefits, savings, credit card, MRM gig, and crowdfunding in May have helped me financially get from November 2023 through August 2024. The funds are depleted and I still haven't landed a job. I am out of time and deeply exhausted. I have a few applications still out there that haven't met their due dates yet so still have potential. But even if hired none of those will start soon enough."

Right now, what Tony needs is both cash to literally provide him with a means of eating and staying alive. And then longer term, Tony needs a community of supporters who can help him get back up and on the right track.

All three of us running this fundraiser have seen the wonders of Tony and Tony's work. This is a brilliant person who can and has given the world a lot. And right now, he simply needs that back in return. We hope your generosity will help give Tony the immediate critical financial support but also the longer term hope and reminder that there are people out there to help one another in times of need like this.
