Agape Angel's is a group of people in the recovery community. We are putting together "Agape Angel Kits"; Gas Cards, Toiletries, Business Cards (for any future needs), Donated clothes....etc to provide a service for our sick friends that need help. Help to bring them to Detox & Treatment. Often our recovery community will help someone that wants to help themselves, unfortunately that seems to be while "IN" detox or treatment. But what about the people that haven't gotten there yet? The people too embarrassed to ask for help, or the people whom can't afford gas or dont have rides at all to reach the help, or the wherewithal to access resources? Agape Angel's will create a culture in our recovery community that will ask no questions, cast no judgement just simply be of service to the actively sick and suffering Alcoholic and Drug Addict that needs/wants HELP! We in recovery know that to keep what was so freely given to us, we MUST give back to those still suffering.
