This March I will be traveling with a small team from Northgate Christian Fellowship to Cambodia, to work alongside a team of people who help in preventing human sex trafficking from ever happening.
Since 2005, Agape International Missions has been focused on stopping the cycle of sex trafficking and exploitation in Cambodia by preventing human trafficking and rescuing, restoring, and reintegrating survivors.
I've watched AIM work since I first entered into full time ministry in 2005 and have been cheering them on ever since! Now, our church is a monthly partner with AIM and this first trip...will hopefully be the first of MANY that Northgate takes. Sex trafficking is real, it affects real people and has REAL consequences. AIM is doing something about it and I couldn't be more proud to partner with them.
I'm asking for 2 things from you if you're reading this:
1. Please pray for those on the team and myself that God would ready our hearts to fully experience and engage.
2. Help out financially.
Can you commit to doing either of those things...or better yet...both of them?!
Any dollar amount helps to get me there and I promise to bring back the many tools I learn to use in Cambodia to impact those around me and impact my church! Thanks so much for being willing to be a part of this. Again, any dollar amount helps towards the goal.
ALSO - I will be using this site to update you with the progress of the trip and I will be using it as we are on the trip as well to keep you informed.
