Every child has an imagination, and every parent will, at some point, wish they could see inside of it. The mission of our business is to bring imagination to life and create memories frozen in time.
We are Blue Skies Reighn Photography and GFX, but you can call us Blue Skies Reighn for short. Our business is new and we very much appreciate the opportunity to introduce ourselves with this special program. Our goal as artists is to combine our passions, photography and graphic design, to create beautiful works of art straight out of our client's imagination.
Blue Skies Reighn was born when our owners, Nathan Colyer and Jamie Boothe, decided to have a photo shoot with their 5 children. They allowed them to take on any personality they desired and Jamie, our photographer, captured the moments. In post processing, Nathan, our graphic designer, painted the worlds they imagined, creating one fantasy after another.
How rewarding it would be to give people the opportunity to escape reality for a moment. A chance to share the joy of their own visions, or simply just to see themselves in a way that only exists in their mind. Then we began thinking about the joy these moments could bring to children in hospitals or to those with a debilitating disease or disability.
We do not want to charge these clients and their families a fee for our services. It is our desire to honor them, and give them a small gift to show how much they are appreciated. We want to show them that there is beauty in diversity, and that whatever makes them different actually makes them unique. It is our goal to offer a small gesture of gratitude for their strength and to show them how very proud we are of them.
Blue Skies Reighn has organized this campaign with the hope that other passionate and caring people will help us fund this endeavor. Please contribute to our attempt to bring these beautiful moments to those that could benefit from them the most. A window into the mind, a break from the world around us, a true Gift of Imagination.
Your donations will help fund:
Travel expenses! So that distance is never an issue. We want to be able to offer our services globally. We don't want anyone to feel left out of the experience.
Printing costs! So that every client has a choice in how their personalized piece of art is displayed.
Advertising! Getting the word out there is not easy or cheap. We need help in this area so that we can make sure that everyone gets to hear about this amazing opportunity, and has the ability to take advantage of it.
Upon meeting our goal, we will donate $5000 to a charity selected from those submitted to us by 10 of our largest donors. By contributing to this campaign, you can be assured that a deserving charity will receive a small token of your extreme generosity.
