Support for Jerome

Hi, my name is Yesenia Stacy. I'm creating this GoFundMe to possibly receive financial help for my husband, Jerome Stacy. Jerome was recently diagnosed with End Stage/Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease. Shortly after being diagnosed my husband was forced to resign from his job of 5 years, due to his condition paired with an extremely demanding dialysis schedule. For those of you who truly know my husband, you know how reluctant he was to leave his job. You also know how opposed he is to asking others for help, especially with money. However, ultimately, these are things that we couldn’t see our way around. Naturally, leaving his job also took with it the many benefits of said job. Things such as medical expenses, Dr.’s visits and medications became way more expensive in the wake of losing great medical insurance. We have always put forth our best effort to stay up to date and current on all the expenses that have presented themselves with my husband’s condition. However, it seems that with every month that passes, it’s getting harder and harder to do. This, in turn, puts a strain on our other responsibilities and obligations. For those of you that don't know my husband, he is such a great man. He does everything he can to make sure we are always taken care of. He's a wonderful husband and an amazing father to our son, Amari. Any help we can get will be very appreciated and give us some peace of mind. Thank you. We love and appreciate you.
