Stand By Sheldon

This fund has been organized by Sheldon’s second home and family at NYGH.

Here at North York General Hospital we aren’t just colleagues we are family and we always pull together in times of need. On January 22nd we received devastating news about our dear brother Sheldon Baptiste. He was suddenly diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, affecting both lungs. This news came as a shock to Sheldon, his family, and the entire team at NYGH. Due to the advanced stage he will be starting treatment immediately, which will consist of both Chemo and Radiation therapy.

 

Sheldon is an incredible father to his 11 year old daughter as well as his 30 year old son. He is one of the most loving and caring individuals. He has passion and takes pride in making a difference daily, both professionally and personally. His positive attitude and bright smile continues to touch all of our hearts’.

This will be used to cover many expenses including loss of earnings, medication, as well as day to day living expenses. Anything you donate will be greatly appreciated.


Sheldon has always gone above and beyond to help each of us out at one time or another, so now we need to stand by him, and do whatever it takes to help him fight this battle!
