Invest in Nyleve's Haven, PBC - Become M1llion

  I live to help people. I help people to live. Service is my thing. This heartfelt appeal outlines a vision to restore my life of service by creating a unique and innovative community resource center in the West End of Louisville, Kentucky. I, Yejide Travis, through Nyleve's Haven, PBC—a project inspired by over 20 years of community work—seek to address pressing social issues like youth violence, maternal mortality, food injustice and other economic challenges in the area.

            Previously, I founded and operated My Daughter's Foundation, Inc., providing maternal support to community young adults who needed an emergency home. Bureaucratic challenges halted this work, but now, with renewed determination and donated office space at the University of Louisville's Health Equity Innovation Hub and because Nyleve's Haven is a Godly response to traumatic life experiences, I aim to rebuild and expand these efforts.

   I am seeking support from one m1llion social impact investors willing to invest $5 to $50 or more. Funds will go towards operational needs like securing an emergency home, maintaining domain names, securing website and podcast hosting, and other technological infrastructures, professional clothing, and office supplies. Investors will also help with transportation and other necessities to sustain the project. 

            I NEED to return to a life of community service. To be comfortable, I must help other humans. I am seeking the support of one m1llion humans in the world community to help me to help my local community to be, do, and have better.

Nyleve’s Haven is an Emergency home of Divine kindness and Maternal care. The Haven is a Godly response to traumatic life experiences.
