Aid Suzanne Baker's Painful Rehab Journey

Hi, Jeff Baker here. I am trying to raise funds for my mother. She is a very proud woman and hates me for creating this page. She was involved in a highway speed head-on collision. While her head and organs are OK, she is broken. She is self-employed and will not be able to work for a very long time as she recovers and goes through excruciating rehab. Help her if you like/are able. Thanks, in advance, for what ever you can do to help her get through what is likely the most difficult time in her long life. The road to recovery will be very long and extremely painful. She is broken from her heels to her neck. The Sprinter came to rest on her wrist/arm/face. Spoke with her today 7.30.24. She is in remarkable spirits. Hospital folks are kicking her ass everyday. They do so to keep her moving and progressing. Some days, like today, she wants to rest and heal. When I tell you that there is no one that wants to get and be better, it is her. She wants back to normal more than anyone can push her to be. She will heal and be mostly normal with time. Much time. Her left wrist (her dominant hand) will never be the same. I hope that the rest of her will be one day. Broken femur, shattered ankle and a grip of other broken stuff. Docs cannot say that she will be good as new, but we all hope so. I want to see her riding horses again. That gives her great pleasure and peace. That needs to happen again. Your enormous generosity is very helpful and takes much of the financial strain away. Again, she is self-employed and will not be able to work for a bit.
