Aid Art Acosta's Family in Fire Recovery

Art Acosta and I have been friends for decades since we were graduate students at San Francisco State University. The Acostas lost their Altadena, CA home to the Eaton fire. Art’s three beautiful children are pictured in front of their home that is now burned down. So many need support in the wake of these fires. There is an extra layer of devastation for this family as Art was just getting back on his feet with a new job after a long, slow and difficult recovery from neck surgery. He endured many complications and was unable to work for quite a while.

Art shared: “I have to think of the basics like getting my kids clothes, food and so many other things. I’m in a state of shock but have to think of my kids.” Please contribute as generously as you can!
