Hi my name is Daisy our families home of 24 years burned down by the Eaton fire in Altadena. We’re lost for words and heartbroken. My father, mother, and husband and myself didn’t have time to take our clothes, shoes or belongings everything just happened so fast and a lot of sentimental things were lost. We ask if you can please help us with any amount that you can donate anything is appreciated at the moment we do ask for prayers also.

The first memory of this home was being 6 years old, driving up with my dad and absolutely falling in love with it. It felt like home instantly. Now we have to start from zero but we’re not losing our faith with god never. After I left the home I returned back an hour later with my husband to wet down the roofs …my father and husband had to pull me alway I just couldn’t see my childhood home burn I was trying my best to save it but the flames started blowing everywhere and the ashes it was time to go but deep inside I wanted to run back and keep on trying I still had hope after returning back again to check on the house but everything was done and gone

I want to take the time to thank my neighbors, friends and strangers that tried to help us stop the house from burning thank you so much

Hola, mi nombre es Daisy, la casa de nuestra familia de 24 años se quemó por el incendio de Eaton en Altadena. No tenemos palabras y tenemos el corazón roto. Mi padre, mi madre,mi esposo y yo no tuvimos tiempo de llevar nuestra ropa, zapatos o pertenencias, todo sucedió tan rápido y se perdieron muchas cosas sentimentales. Le pedimos que nos ayude con cualquier cantidad que pueda donar, cualquier cosa se agradece en este momento, también pedimos oraciones.

El primer recuerdo de esta casa fue cuando tenía 6 años, conduciendo con mi padre y enamorándome absolutamente de ella. Se sintió como en casa al instante. Ahora tenemos que empezar de cero, pero no vamos a perder nuestra fe con Dios nunca. Después de salir de casa, volví una hora después con mi marido para mojar los techos... mi padre y mi marido tenían que atraparme y retenerme, simplemente no podía ver la casa de mi infancia arder, estaba haciendo todo lo posible para salvarla, pero las llamas comenzaron a soplar por todas partes y las cenizas, era hora de irme, pero en el fondo quería volver corriendo y seguir intentándolo, todavía tenía esperanza después de volver de volver de nuevo para revisar la casa, pero todo estaba hecho y se había ido

Quiero tomarme el tiempo para agradecer a mis vecinos, amigos y extraños que intentaron ayudarnos a evitar que la casa se quemara, muchas gracias
