Support David Bridel and His Family After Losing Their Home in the Eaton Fires
Dear Clowns, Friends, & Family,
David Bridel, the founder of The Clown School, has dedicated his life to the transformative power of performance, bringing laughter, connection, and healing to countless lives. Tragically, David and his family of four—along with their beloved pets—lost their Altadena home and much of what they owned in the devastating Eaton fire.
It's time for clowns and artists to unite in support of David and his family during this unimaginably challenging time. While disaster relief and insurance may provide some assistance, these resources often fall short of covering the full scope of immediate and long-term needs.
How Your Support Will Help
The funds raised through this campaign will help David and his family with urgent needs and recovery efforts not covered by other forms of disaster relief. Your generosity will provide essential support as they navigate this incredibly challenging time.
About David Bridel
As the founder of The Clown School, David has inspired a global community of performers, educators, and dreamers. His ability to bring joy and creativity to the world is unmatched. Through his teaching, David has helped countless students discover their own magic, transforming lives in profound ways.
"David helped me craft and direct my solo show Flayed, which changed my life on a spiritual and professional level. He is a kind, brilliant, generous, safe, trustworthy man I feel privileged to create alongside and know. I am forever changed because of David" - JB, Los Angeles
“David not only allowed me to step back into acting after almost two decades but also gave me self-confidence and a belief in myself and my abilities. He also made me feel at home in LA by introducing me to the widest network of special people. He changes lives everyday in the most gentle and fun way possible. The best of them." - JE, Los Angeles
"What can I say about someone who has so patiently and deliberately changed my life? ‘I can no other answer make but thanks, and thanks, and ever thanks.’" - TE, Los Angeles
By supporting David now, we help ensure he can continue his incredible work as a teacher, mentor, and artist.
