Aid David Brown in His Heart Health Battle

Hello, my name is David Brown. After being active my whole life my body decided that 60 was the limit to relatively good health.
On August 19th I was rushed to the hospital with all the signs of a heart attack. Luckily, it was not that, and they were able to get my heart back in rhythm. For anyone who has never had your heart beat out of your chest, it hurts and it's exhausting. On top of that to get the heart back in rhythm they have to shock you with a defibrillator which also hurts. I was released from the hospital after being poked and prodded, with no clear answers. Through all this my dad was also in the hospital, worse than I've ever seen him.
I went back to the hospital for another episode of AFib on August 26th and 2 days later my dad passed away. The next several weeks were spent in and out of the hospital with more episodes of AFib and preparing for my dad's memorial. During this time I underwent a procedure to find more answers, as the medicines they were trying clearly weren't working. This is when they discovered I had a congenital heart anomaly called a heart bridge, where the coronary artery passes through the heart muscle instead of lying on its surface. With medicine not working the only option left was surgery, a heart ablation. After waiting for an opening, I'm finally getting surgery November 20th.
Since Aug 19th I have been in the hospital 8 times, cardio inverted 5 times, and often been in pain. These visits, plus the surgery, have left my wife and I with a mounting pile of bills. Yes, we do have insurance, but even after meeting deductibles, taking off that many days of work not covered by PTO, have created an anchor pulling us down and we would appreciate any help you can give to help unburden my wife and I. We have two adorable little grandchildren and are looking forward to spoiling them again once this is all over with.
