Aid for The Irons Boys After Tragic Palisades Fire
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and compassionate people,
I am reaching out with a heavy heart to share the heartbreaking news of a tragedy that has struck some of the most loving and kind-hearted people we know. On January 7th, our dear family friends lost everything in the devastating Palisades fire. In an instant, their home of 25 years—a place filled with many memories, laughter, and love—was reduced to ashes. The winds were ferocious, and the fire moved so quickly that they barely had time to escape with not much more than the clothes on their backs.
This loss is indescribable, not only because it took their home, but because it took a piece of their history. A few years ago, they also suffered the loss of their older brother, and this home was the place where they all grew up together. To lose it now, along with everything they’ve cherished, is almost too much to bear.
As you can imagine, they are facing an incredibly difficult road ahead. Their fire insurance will not cover the costs to rebuild, nor does it provide for a temporary rental. Many don’t realize that after a home burns down, the mortgage still exists—and still has to be paid—even on a property that is no longer livable. This reality has added even more financial strain to an already unbearable situation. They had created a beautiful rental on their property that was helping to fund the boys as they begin their careers.
In the midst of this overwhelming heartbreak, they are doing their best to regroup, but these young boys need our help. I am reaching out to you, humbly asking for any support you can offer. Whether it’s a financial donation, or simply sharing their story with others who may be able to help, your kindness will make a difference.
If you are able to help, please know that your generosity will be felt deeply and will provide more relief than words can express. And if you are unable to donate, please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Your words of encouragement and your willingness to spread the word mean more than you can imagine.
We are so grateful for your support during this time of loss. Thank you for walking beside us, showing compassion, and helping this incredible family as they navigate this difficult journey.
