Aid for Family After Grandson's Surgery Crisis

Yesterday, my 2-year-old grandson had emergency surgery! For the 3 days prior, he had been very sick, but the hospital where they live kept brushing it off as a stomach virus. Even after a CT scan, they tried to convince my daughter that he was fine… Needless to say, he wasn’t. He was taken by ambulance to Sacramento, where the doctors discovered his appendix had ruptured, and he was becoming septic. He had emergency surgery last night and is still in critical condition. The doctor says he will have to be there at least another week, so I am trying to raise some money for their family. My daughter and her husband have five children. They will be out of work for at least a week. They have bills to pay, and as you know, it’s Christmas time! Whatever you can spare would be very much appreciated. At this time, they are eating out of vending machines in the hospital. They can’t afford to keep going to get food as the hospital is not even supplying them with meals.
