Aid for Family After Schodack House Fire Tragedy

Update: Scott, Claire and baby E have moved into a hotel for the time being. Roscoe and Piper have been laid to rest on the property they loved so much. The family is feeling overwhelmed with grief and sadness but also feeling so much love and support from the community. They are limited on space so they ask for a pause on physical donations (clothing, toys, etc). Monetary donations are still being collected via this GoFundMe page and other local charities to help them with clean up and more permanent shelter. Please continue to share their story and pray for the strength for this wonderful family as they navigate all of this heartache.

Please help my friends and their baby who lost their home and two dogs this morning in a house fire. Thankfully they are all safe, but the devastation of losing all of their possessions and their loving pets is immeasurable. While they work through the grief that comes with this loss, I’d like to ease some of the financial burden.
