CONSIGLIO FAMILY
Hello everyone, I am reaching out for help on behalf of the Consiglio family.
Jack Consiglio Senior (76), a US Marine Veteran, suffers from late-stage Parkinson's and disabilities sustained from his time serving at Camp Lejeune. After breaking his hip in 2023, the family required 24/7 care.
His wife, Fran Consiglio (75), suffered from a stroke in 2021 that resulted in substantial cognitive decline.
Jack and Fran were psychologically abused and financially exploited by a medical professional they trusted.
The person in question had unrestricted access to their home and all sensitive information about the family. The majority of their financial accounts and benefits were compromised, and their savings drained.
Their only child, JP Junior, and his wife, Zoe, were alerted on January 31st, 2025, of the suspected abuse by local officials following suspicious bank activity.
This is an active case with the police department, and what is left of their funds has been frozen pending investigation, including JP Junior's funds. Due to Jack and Fran's conditions, they remember very little of what has occurred, but they are safe.
JP and Zoe, married just a few months ago, have jumped into action at the family home. They are actively working with law enforcement, caretaking responsibilities, securing new medical care, and cleaning a home left in unlivable disarray. All of the food in the home required disposal, and it has been left without key items needed to ensure the safety and well-being of a vulnerable couple.
I am urgently asking for help to support the Consiglio family in getting through this difficult and sad situation.
Any funds donated will help support Jack and Fran's medical care, groceries, bills, utilities, and potential legal fees that JP and Zoe may need as they pick up the pieces.
Everyone's biggest concern and priority is that care is never able to lapse for his parents as a result of this situation.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing if possible. It is important that the family knows we are here for them as they get through an unimaginable situation.
