Aid for Joshua: car set on fire

Hello, my name is Yeydy and I am trying to help my younger brother Joshua. On the morning of 1/24/25 while he was working in ballard, wa his vehicle that was parked was set on fire by a person who is homeless influenced on drugs and the two rear windows got broken on each side. one from the guy that started the fire and the other the fire. The firefighters had to prie the door open to make sure to put out any fire that was coming in. Two of the doors got damaged from the fire. Police report was made but there wasnt really anything they could do the guy ran away.My brother is currently a student at a Community College enrolled in the automotive program he also works part time. He is a hard working student and those that know joshua know that he is a kind hearted person and has always helped others. He did 4H growing up and always gave a helping hand by helping other kids and helping at shows and fair. He was given an award for having the spirit of 4h in the cat program and his last year of 4h in rabbits he got the skucy award which is the rabbit member of the year. He also was awarded high school plus award his senior year of high school for helping other students and being a peer tutor. Joshua has passed down his knowledge to others and always has encouraged others to try their best. My brother is a smart and a responsible person and what happened to him is very unfortunate he worked very hard to save up money to buy this car which was his first car and he also had to fix some problems that it had. Unfortunately his insurance doesnt cover anything on what happened to his car and it will be expensive to get it fixed. I am trying to get help so that we can all help him get a different car that will get him to school and work. My husband and I just had a baby a few months ago and we are unable to help my brother financially. Josh is very sad about what happened and I told him what matters most is that he is okay. I appreciate any help that we can get, josh has always helped others and I am hope we can all help him this time and thank you for taking the time to read this.

El día de hoy, el carro de mi hermano pequeño, fue vandalizado un drogadicto que vive en situación de calle, le prendió fuego. Mi hermano es una persona muy trabajadora, el cual trabaja para cubrir su educación escolar. Desafortunadamente el seguro no quiso cubrir la reparación del carro, ya que mi hermano únicamente cuenta con el seguro básico, el cual no cubre por vandalismo el transporte para el es muy necesario, ya que con él se transporta a su escuela y a su trabajo. Desafortunadamente nuestra familia es muy pequeña y no tenemos los medios económicos para poder ayudarle en estos tiempos tan difíciles. Él es una persona muy humilde y honesta que no le hace daño a nadie. Por este medio les pido nos puedan apoyar económicamente para que Joshua mi hermano pueda arreglar su medio de transporte para poder continuar con su trabajo y estudios.
