Hello everyone,

I'm Mirele, and I urgently need your help.

Since 27th April 2024, my home state - Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil is facing the worst natural disaster ever. Floodwaters have destroyed multiple cities, leaving more than 2.124.203 (14/05/2024) in desperate need across 450 municipalities (the state has 496 in total), including Porto Alegre (my home town).

People are dying, others are missing.

Highways, bus station, airport, hospital underwater.

Cities without power and clean water, the situation is chaotic.

Many close friends lost everything, having to be rescued through the roof of their houses.

Those who are rescued are being brought to shelters set up in city sports clubs, schools, and other facilities.

My friends and community need urgent help.

Every penny we raise will go towards providing essentials such as mattresses, bedding, food, diapers and water to those who have lost everything.
