Aid for Sandra

Hi, my name is Elikem and i'm from Ghana.I started this fundraiser for Sandra Donkor who is a friend of mine with whom I went to high school with.  She is a 23 year old trained nurse,as well as an old student of Akosombo International School (2014 year group)......She is a sickle cell patient and as a result has developed Osteonecrosis ,a condition which has greatly limited her mobility and caused so much pain .A total hip transplant surgery is needed to help Sandra walk and work efficiently . The funds will be used to pay for the costs of the surgery and medications she will need afterwards. Since Sandra is in Ghana, I would be withdrawing the money here(USA) on her behalf and then sending it to her through Western Union or other possible means to minimize transfer costs.
