Support In Healing Spinal Fusion

Hello Friends,

I am raising funds to pay for medical bills and loss of work due to Cervical Spinal Fusion surgery and recovery starting 11/20/2024.

I work as a Contracted School Counselor and am ineligible for Unemployment or Disability Insurance. The school I work for is unable to hold my position due to our high-need student population and the urgent demand to fill my position.

This surgery will help me tolerate and improve Severe Degenerative Disc Disease, Spinal Stenosis, Arthritis and Myopathy due to

untreated compound neck fractures as a result of a bicycle accident at age 11.

I have been living with increasing Chronic Pain as well as Central Nervous System Nerve compression and Executive Functioning Impairment.

Since my job will not be held for me and I am ineligible for Unemployment Insurance as a Contractor, I am reaching out to my community for financial assistance. I know that many of us struggle financially and many will be unable to give.
