Aid Kahuna Tiki North Hollywood's Final Farewell

It is with a heavy heart we must announce the closing of our beloved outdoor city paradise and unique Polynesian inspired tiki establishment Kahuna Tiki North Hollywood. The continued neglect of the city for the area along with the unwillingness of our landlord to work with us on an affordable lease as well as the continuing deterioration of the property without the support of our landlord to help fix the problems not to mention never ending inflation we must close doors so we can put all our efforts into Kahuna Tiki Tu Valley Village.

We implore you to please come dine with us one or two (or more) times before we close the last week of February unless a miraculous last minute save would happen. If you cannot make it, please help us with a donation as it turns out CLOSING a business is quite expensive if you don’t claim bankruptcy. This would help us continue to curate and enhance a museum quality experience of lowbrow art, hand made Hawaiian art, unique tiki treasures, and important poly pop art and California antiquities in our mid century modern sushi tiki bar which was the first sushi bar in Southern California Valley Village.

We are aware there is a lot of tragedy in Los Angeles at the moment and we urge you to donate first to fire victims of the terrible fires that have ravaged Los Angeles. However, if you can’t come visit us before we close, we would appreciate any help on our go fund me page or more importantly come see us to help us celebrate 11 years at the beautiful Kahuna Tiki North Hollywood before it’s gone like so many L A wonders.
