Aid Needed: Repair Mom's Home Disaster

Well I can’t make this up. The police chasing somebody in a U-Haul drive through 2 yards to get to ours that they then tried to make it out between the house and the garage after demolishing the fence in the back, knocking down a tree, running through a bunch made on a stump ran the gate over to the yard and got themselves wedged and stuck. Moving the garage off the foundation. Knocking part of the brick was down along with damaging the power supply and moving the porch a foot from the house. They broke the axle on the truck and we’ve had police tow truck and a welder here all day trying to get this off the house garage and out of the yard. This is my mother’s home. She does not have homeowners. We have a lot to assess and try to fix. If anybody could help in any way it’s greatly appreciated. Thank you. I really hate asking for help but I have to this time.
