Aid Vickie in Her Fight Against Cancer

Hi everyone! I’m Kimberly and I’m organizing this GoFundMe for my mother, Vickie. If anyone knows our mother, then you know that she’s a strong, hard-working woman. She’s worked her whole life and for the last couple of years has had 2 jobs.

About a week ago, she got really sick and was in excruciating pain. After a week-long hospital stay, she was just diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer, which has also caused type 2 diabetes. With this type of cancer being metastatic, it has also spread to her liver. We’re all very sad to hear this news, and it’s definitely been a scary, emotional roller coaster for her and our whole family.

She will be starting chemotherapy, and doctors have recommended she stop working and apply for disability. This will be the best thing for her, especially with the side effects of chemotherapy. Because of that, it has caused some worry about how she will maintain her household bills. First and foremost prayers are ales appreciated!

She will be applying for disability, but I wanted to do something to help lighten the load for a couple of months, and hopefully, this helps pay her rent and utilities plus car payment, gas, food, or whatever she needs until disability is approved.
