Aidan Kim - Easter Bowl Tennis 2018

Hi Tennis Friends, Family, and Supporters!
My name is Aidan Kim. In case you don't know me, I want to introduce myself and share the exciting news about my invitation to the upcoming event in March at the Easter Bowl Tennis Tournament in California.
I am an 8th Grader and I have been playing tennis for over 7 years at Chippewa Tennis Club in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Chippewa is like my second home. I always love to play with my friends including my adult friends there! My dad, Andy Kim, is my tennis coach and my role model. Besides tennis techiques, he taught me to work hard and have fun on and off the court. I am so thankful that both my parents have taken me to all these Midwest and National Tournaments.
Through your generous support last year, I was able to participate in the Orange Bowl (Miami) and the Easter Bowl (Indian Wells). By playing these top level tournaments, I was able to experience the high level of competition, which made me one of the top players in the nation (reaching the #1 ranking in the Nation). I am
also a National Team member representing Team USA. One of last year highlights was my finals match at the National Clay Courts which was being broadcasted on ESPN.
Being on the Junior Tennis Tour is a very costly endeavor and I will always remember the generosity of all my friends and family members. At a recent interview of a 21 yr old American player, who is currently in the Top 100 in the world, his Dad mentioned that the average yearly cost of his touring son in the juniors was around $70,000-$80,000.
This year, I received an invitation to a very prestigious Easter Bowl JuniorTennis Tournament where legends such as

National print and electronic media coverage reaches over 52 million print impressions.
This is a wonderful opportunity for me. However, I would like to ask some help to fund for the trip. My goal is to use this fund to cover some of the costs. I really appreciate all your generousity and support. Hopefully, I will do very well and put Michigan on the map again.
