Aiden was attacked, let’s give him a helping hand

Hey everyone the family have asked me to  stop the fund raising there!

Aiden Hersy, 13 years old, was playing with his friends near his home last Sunday 27th of Feb, when he was physically accosted, beaten and robbed by thugs who were much older than him.

 

The bullies (young men!) recorded themselves holding his face and taking it in turns to punch him. They dragged him from estate to estate for more than 40 minutes. They took turns punching and kicking him, and taunting him as they filmed the attack.

 

Finally, they demanded he stripped naked, and robbed him when he refused to comply.

 

Aiden had the courage and presence of mind to hide his phone and was able to call for help once the abuse had finally stopped. The bullies involved made off with his trainers and coat.

 

His family are understandably devastated. The videos are heartbreaking and disgusting. Aiden hasn’t been able to return to school since.

 

Aiden is 13, he has a brother 11, and 2 sisters 4 and 2.

 

Let’s see if we can start to restore a little bit of the lad’s faith in humanity and show him that he needn’t be afraid.

 

Maybe we can raise enough for the family to do something nice together, pay for some counselling, or just show we care!
