Aiden Watson - Survivor of Oxford HS Shooting
Donation protected
My name is Barb Crumback and I am the Aunt of a survivor in the Oxford High School shooting. I am posting this for my sister, Linda Watson (his mother) and her family with their permission.
Last week the unthinkable happened when on November 30th at 12:53 my sister got a phone call from her son, Aiden Watson, who was shot during the shooting at Oxford High School. As he was trying to run out of the high school with the help of a friend, he called my sister and screamed, “mom I’ve been shot. Help me.” Thankfully a friend of Aiden’s helped him escape the high school and run down the road. This friend flagged down a stranger who drove him to safety and called 911 before my sister could get to him. Aiden is 15 years old and the day of the shooting would have been the first day he was in the water for the high school swim team as a freshman. It also would have been his last day for driver’s training. Before Tuesday, Aiden was a happy go lucky, typical 15 year old boy. Before this Aiden was looking forward to pursuing a career in media (radio, tv, film, sound) or going to trade school, as he loves technology. Aiden has had some learning challenges prior to this event and we do not know what tomorrow holds. Please consider donating to this fund to help him through whatever may come his way.
Anything donated to this fundraiser will go directly to Aiden and his family to cover medical expenses, future educational costs and other unknown expenses created as a result of this tragedy. Please keep Aiden and his family in your prayers.
