Throwing myself out of a plane for Ty Hafan! ✈️

Well...this might be the craziest thing I've done yet.

I've signed myself up for a 15,000ft skydive on the 4th of June 2023. (My palms started sweating as I typed that!) I've decided that this is the perfect opportunity to give a little back to Ty Hafan, the children's hospice that has done so much for my family over the years.

Ty Hafan is an incredible place that provides support, comfort, and care to children with life-shortening conditions and their loved ones. Unfortunately, one of my very favourite people on this planet has a life-shortening condition. Fortunately, Ty Hafan has been there to provide incredible memories, support, love, laughter, and the most incredible care.

If I'm throwing myself out of a bloody plane, let's use it as an opportunity to raise funds for this amazing charity.

• £25 pays for an hour of emotional support from a family support worker, helping families deal with the daily challenges they face.

• £50 pays for an hour of music therapy giving children the chance to make lasting memories together.

• £231 could pay for a specially trained nurse to care for a child throughout the night, allowing mum and dad to get some much-needed rest.

• £458 pays for arts and crafts for children to use in our play therapy sessions for a whole year.

• £1,000 pays for a whole month of telephone support for our families.
