Aiming to Avoid Homelessness while bouncing back

The last few years have been very tumultuous for myself and my partner.
In September 2021, things were pretty leveled for us and I was staying with my elderly mother after her femur surgery to care for her, take her to therapy, etc.
On the way to one of her Dr. follow-ups, the day I was suppose to get her there and home and then drive home myself-- a man in a large Ford F150 with a long work trailer ran a Stop sign without attempting to break and t-boned us.

I saw him pass the Stop sign right before the impact and I managed to jerk the wheel enough to lessen some of the impact, but after it was said and done my car was completely totaled. My mom was on the side that was impacted and had to be taken to the hospital via ambulance for injuries and glass shards that exploded on us from the windows on impact.
I ended up also going to the hospital separately with my stepmother to get checked due to injuries, while trying to figure out things because i'd never had an accident like this.

The biggest impact from that was that my car at that time had just been paid fully in May. So, with no funds at the time from using what I had to visit her, work on current commission orders and paying rent and all back home I was at a loss now for a car.
I ended up going through Carvana to finance another car as cheap as I could find, because I wasn't working but my partner was. I didn't want to risk her losing her job because we no longer had transport-- so I honestly didn't know what else to do. Due to my credit being poor already, and her not having an credit history, I was hit with a huge payment each month of almost $600 with financing. This obviously brought on a whole new level of strain with everything and once getting home from the accident and settling into physical therapy, etc for a few weeks we were also abruptly informed by our remaining roommates they would be moving out short notice.

You can definitely imagine the level of stress there, but we thought we could handle it. And things were going ok, I managed to get a full-time job even though it didn't pay very well, $10/hr at that time. But I ended up with benefits and was finally able to begin seeing a dr again.
The issues blooming out of all these things specifically was that I would be at work, at home, in the car- randomly it doesn't matter my heart will suddenly feel like it's squeezing and stopping and shoot up to over 200BPM.
Lots of tests and copays later, I am told I have Superventrical Tachycardia but they haven't been able to determine the cause.
I have been working full-time since everything happened then, and paying out a lot in medical expenses, being diagnosed, finding out SEVERAL medical issues include PCOS + endometriosis, sleep apnea requiring a CPAP to avoid further heart damage, and several medication expenses.

In between this, I have been working on dice commissions and do in fact have an extensive backlog due to being sick so often. My partner has had a full-time job the entire time, sometimes working 12-13 hour shifts, but due to circumstances revolving around an abusive ex-partner on their side and a child custody battle, it also affects her income.
So, there has been a very steady up and down in finances and struggling.

Leading to today, i've decided to post this in the hopes of being able to keep this trailer. We have been here since 2017, her teenage child has a place of safety away from the abusive parent while here; we have not been able to afford legal action due to so much going on so this is their safe haven.
We have all our animals, 7 ferrets and 3 cats, and we never want to even think about rehoming our furbabies, but we don't want them to be in a negative position either if homelessness occurs.
I have taken on so much workload, my health continues to decline and both of our mental states are being affected at this point.

I understand things are hard, but I just want to say we appreciate any help because we are trying. We are trying so hard to get back on track. We have never missed payments on our trailer or lot rent, maybe we have been late after informing the receiving parties but never skipped.
So we don't want to lose everything that we have fought so hard for through so many bad instances.

The overall goal would just be supplemental through the next 12 months while we try and resolve other medical debts and things weighing on us causing issues, and of course to keep us sheltered. Our trailer runs $800 a month for payment with lot rent being just above $400. This would be put strictly towards housing related expenses for that, so that I can work to cover the car payment to avoid repossession as well as my medical expenses.
On the flip side, that allows my partner to focus on her teen's needs, gas for the car, etc

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!
