Anyone that knows me will know how much I LOVE our charity An Hour For Others, And also how much I HATE running !

So ..... I've decided to run the 5k at Aintree race course this September to raise important funds for AHFO.

Thats only 10 weeks away !

A Bit About AHFO

An Hour For Others is a local charity. Our services bring together kind hearted people and businesses by offering their time, skills, resources, donations and expertise to help tackle many problems society finds itself facing today. Poverty, poor physical and mental health, poor living conditions, child obesity, community breakdowns and divisions, isolation and addictions all have a devastating effect on people and society as a whole. Our groups help build, communities empowering and inspiring people to spread kindness creating a better world.
