Aiutiamo Sara e Giada

Ciao a tutti, so che non potrò guarire mia moglie ma potrò alleggerirle i pensieri con il vostro aiuto.

Marito di Sara una bellissima ragazza di 42 anni mamma di Giada che ha 7 anni. Sara lotta contro un male che la vuole portare via. Tutto inizia nel marzo del 2022 con un piccolo rigonfiamento nella gengiva, dopo circa 2 settimane che il rigonfiamento non regrediva Sara si reca dal dentista che gli dice di non preoccuparsi perché siamo in presenza di un granuloma. Questo apparente granuloma gli viene inciso e poi prescritto antibiotico dicendole che tutto si sarebbe risolto lì. Invece no la palla ricresce in modo incontrollato e dopo una serie di visite arriva la prima diagnosi. Sarcoma miofibroblastico operabile e nella sfortuna ci sentiamo un po’ fortunati. Sara viene operata a Parma dal grandissimo professor Ferrari ed il suo staff , gli viene asportata l’intera mandibola inferiore ricostruendola con l’osso della cresta Eliaca . Viene eseguito l’esame istologico e qui le cose si complicano tantissimo: il tumore non era un sarcoma miofibroblastico ma un RABDOMIOSARCOMA. Inizia la chemioterapia ricoverata per 5 giorni ogni 21 per ogni ciclo un totale di 6. Finita la chemioterapia perdiamo 2 mesi di tempo per una sospetta recidiva che impedisce di far fare a Sara la radioterapia. Tutto comunque volge al meglio, Sara un pochino si riprende e noi andiamo avanti nella nostra umile vita, accudire giada, piccole passeggiate, fare la spesa, insomma le cose che fanno tutte le famiglie i controlli con TAC e risonanze andavano bene fino a quando improvvisamente un dolore al gluteo incombe e ci spaventa tantissimo. Facciamo una ecografia che delinea uno strappo muscolare di 12cm per 3mm di profondità’ iniziamo la fisioterapia ma i dolori non passavano e qui di decidiamo di fare una tac eseguita il 20 marzo 2024 che ci distrugge la vita e sopratutto quella di sara: multiple nuove formazioni di tumore nella sede lombare, nei polmoni, nelle costole e in entrambi le creste iliache..Sono veramente disperato sia per mia moglie che per la mia piccola bambina di 7 anni Giada.

Vorrei iniziare questa raccolta fondi dedicata a mia moglie e mia figlia perché se non riuscirete ad aiutare Sara per il poco tempo che gli rimane riuscirete sicuramente ad aiutare Giada e me con le spese di tutto quello che succederà dopo assistenza per mia figlia un aiuto nel pagare il mutuo e tante altre cose…

Hi everyone, I'm Alberto Il Husband of Sara, a beautiful 42 year old girl, mother of Giada who is 7 years old. Sara fights against an evil that wants to take her away. It all started in March 2022 with a small swelling in the gum. After about 2 weeks of the swelling not regressing, Sara went to the dentist who told him not to worry because we were in the presence of a granuloma. This apparent granuloma was incised and then antibiotics were prescribed, telling her that everything would resolve itself there. But no, the ball grows back uncontrollably and after a series of visits the first diagnosis arrives. Operable myofibroblastic sarcoma and in bad luck we feel a little lucky. Sara was operated on in Parma by the great Professor Ferrari and his staff, her entire lower jaw was removed and reconstructed with the bone of the Eliac crest. The histological examination is performed and here things get very complicated: the tumor was not a myofibroblastic sarcoma but a RHABDOMYOSARCOMA. She begins chemotherapy in hospital for 5 days every 21 for each cycle, a total of 6. Once the chemotherapy is over, we lose 2 months due to a suspected recurrence which prevents Sara from having radiotherapy. However, everything is getting better, Sara recovers a little and we carry on with our humble life, taking care of Giada, taking short walks, doing the shopping, in short, the things that all families do, the checks with CT scans and MRIs were going well until suddenly a pain in the buttock looms and scares us a lot. We do an ultrasound which outlines a muscle tear measuring 12cm and 3mm deep, we start physiotherapy but the pain didn't go away and here we decide to have a CT scan performed on 20 March 2024 which destroys our lives and especially Sara's: multiple new formations of cancer in the lumbar area, in the lungs, in the ribs and in both iliac crests. I am truly desperate for both my wife and my little 7 year old daughter Giada. I would like to start this fundraiser dedicated to my wife and my daughter because if you are not able to help Sara for the little time she has left, you will certainly be able to help Giada and me with the expenses of everything that will happen after assistance for my daughter, help in paying the mortgage and many other things… Thanks to anyone who wants to help us..
