Aiuto per Max e la mia famiglia, spese mediche

Ciao il mio nome è Laura,

mamma e moglie di Jacopo e Max.

Sono qui per chiedere umilmente il vostro aiuto e fare uscire me e la mia famiglia dal rischio di un fallimento ed una rovina finanziaria da cui probabilmente non ne usciremo mai più.

Mio Marito Max di età 49 ha un deficit renale dal 2006 ed e trapiantato dal 2015, questo ha comportato nel passare degli anni che la nostra attività, un Bar di gestione familiare, in Via Massarenti a Bologna, abbia avuto delle restrizioni negli orari di apertura e molte volte per cause di salute, sia dovuto stare chiusa per giorni, in quanto ho accompagnato mio marito a dialisi, visite e interventi che regolarmente deve sottoporsi.

Nel 2011 è arrivato nostro figlio Jacopo, che oggi fa 11 anni.

Purtroppo il rene che Max ha ricevuto a suo tempo non lavora come dovrebbe, questo comporta a disfunzioni ad altri organi e altri disguidi che Max deve quotidianamente sopportare, che comportano nuovamente la chiusura improvvisa del Bar, e la mancanza di entrate sicure.

Per fare avere a Max un nuovo rene e sottoporsi ad un nuovo trapianto, e per velocizzare la cosa, mi sono offerta io di donare un rene mio, ad una persona compatibile con il mio gruppo sanguigno, e Max riceverà in cambio un rene da un familiare dell’altro paziente:

Questo comporterà che la nostra attività rimarrà chiusa nuovamente per un periodo lungo.

Max avrebbe diritto ad una pensione d'invalidità, ma siccome in questi anni difficili, e dopo due anni di pandemia, dove gli aiuti statali sono stati quasi zero, non siamo riusciti a versare i contributi per la pensione. Questo comporta che se non pagheremo gli arretrati entro il 30.04.2023, non ci sarà mai più concesso di avere la pensione d'invalidità, che a Max spetta di diritto, e che la pensione di anzianitá non ci sarà mai data.

Purtroppo le Banche, visto il nostro punteggio di credito basso, dovuto ai problemi sopra indicati, non ci darà più credito, e rischiamo inoltre di perdere tutto quello per qui abbiamo lavorato per più di 20 anni, con amore e passione.

Chiediamo pubblicamente di aiutarci in qualsiasi modo possibile, ogni piccola donazione può aiutarci a raggiungere il nostro obiettivo e prevenire che io e la mia famiglia rimangono senza una casa, un lavoro e una prospettiva di un futuro,

Ich bin hier, um Sie in aller Bescheidenheit um Ihre Hilfe zu bitten, um mich und meine Familie vor dem drohenden Bankrott und finanziellen Ruin zu bewahren, aus dem wir wahrscheinlich nie wieder herauskommen werden.

Mein Mann Max, 49 Jahre alt, leidet seit 2006 an Nierenversagen und ist seit 2015 Transplantatempfänger. Im Laufe der Jahre hatte dies zur Folge, dass unser Geschäft, eine familiengeführte Bar in der Via Massarenti in Bologna, Einschränkungen bei den Öffnungszeiten hatte und oft aus gesundheitlichen Gründen tagelang geschlossen werden musste, da ich meinen Mann zur Dialyse, zu Kontrolluntersuchungen und zu Operationen begleitete, denen er sich regelmäßig unterziehen musste.

Im Jahr 2011 kam unser Sohn Jacopo zur Welt, der inzwischen 11 Jahre alt ist.

Leider funktioniert die Niere, die Max damals bekommen hat, nicht so, wie sie sollte, was zu Funktionsstörungen in anderen Organen und anderen Unannehmlichkeiten führt, die Max täglich ertragen muss, was wiederum zur plötzlichen Schließung der Bar und dem Fehlen eines sicheren Einkommens führt.

Um Max eine neue Niere zu verschaffen und eine neue Transplantation durchzuführen und die Dinge zu beschleunigen, habe ich angeboten, eine meiner Nieren einer Person zu spenden, die mit meiner Blutgruppe kompatibel ist, und Max wird im Gegenzug eine Niere von einem Familienmitglied des anderen Patienten erhalten:

Das bedeutet, dass unser Geschäft wieder für lange Zeit geschlossen sein wird.

Max hätte Anspruch auf eine Invaliditätsrente, aber seit diesen schwierigen Jahren und nach zwei Jahren Pandemie, in denen die staatliche Unterstützung fast gleich Null war, konnten wir keine Rentenbeiträge mehr zahlen. Das bedeutet, dass wir, wenn wir die Rückstände nicht bis zum 30.04.2023 begleichen, niemals die Invaliditätsrente erhalten werden, auf die Max von Rechts wegen Anspruch hat, und dass uns die Altersrente niemals gewährt werden wird.

Leider werden uns die Banken aufgrund unserer niedrigen Kreditwürdigkeit aufgrund der oben genannten Probleme keinen Kredit mehr geben, und wir riskieren auch, alles zu verlieren, wofür wir mehr als 20 Jahre lang mit Liebe und Leidenschaft gearbeitet haben.

Jede noch so kleine Spende kann uns helfen, unser Ziel zu erreichen und zu verhindern, dass ich und meine Familie ohne Haus, ohne Arbeit und ohne Aussicht auf eine Zukunft dastehen,

Hello my name is Laura, mother and wife of Jacopo and Max.

I am here to humbly ask for your help to get me and my family out of the risk of bankruptcy and financial ruin that we will probably never get out of.

My husband Max, aged 49, has had kidney failure since 2006 and has been a transplant recipient since 2015. Over the years, this has meant that our business, a family-run bar in Via Massarenti in Bologna, has had restrictions on opening hours and many times, for health reasons, has had to be closed for days, as I have accompanied my husband to dialysis, check-ups and operations that he regularly has to undergo.

In 2011, our son Jacopo arrived, who is now 11 years old.

Unfortunately, the kidney that Max received at the time is not working as it should, which leads to dysfunctions in other organs and other inconveniences that Max has to endure on a daily basis, which again leads to the sudden closure of the bar, and the lack of secure income.

In order to get Max a new kidney and undergo a new transplant, and to speed things up, I have offered to donate one of my kidneys to a person compatible with my blood type, and Max will receive a kidney from a family member of the other patient in return:

This will mean that our business will be closed again for a long time.

Max would have been entitled to a disability pension, but since these difficult years, and after two years of a pandemic where state aid was almost zero, we have not been able to make pension contributions.
