AJ Delgado v. Trump Campaign, et. al

Hey folks, so this is humiliating but you gotta do what you gotta do!

As some of you may know, I have a case (which the Trump Campaign managed to delay for years) against the Trump Campaign for pregnancy discrimination and breach of contract, based on my not receiving my well-earned White House job after I became pregnant by Jason Miller, my supervisor (with the beautiful Munchkin pictured above). (If you're wondering whether Miller has fared a similar fate, he is currently Trump's top advisor and flies everywhere with him. So... no.)

While almost everyone who takes on Trump and MAGA (such as E Jean Carroll) has the benefit of free attorneys and no legal costs (the attorneys front the costs), or rich benefactors (such as Reid Hoffman), I do not (wish I did but I don't). It's just me, David against Goliath.

I'm not asking for funds for an attorney/s bc that would require asking for $200K+ -- and I do not labor under any misapprehension that I could raise that much (though I wish!). The sole purpose of this GoFundMe is much more humble - simply to raise funds for the legal COSTS (court reporter appearance fees; transcripts; witness fees; and process server fees - just chasing down Brad cost $250!) for the depositions I am taking in the next 45 days. (Discovery deadline is April 15th).

Each deposition court-reporter appearance fee is $510 (four hour minimum at $125/hr) and then I need to order a transcript which is usually about $1500-$2000. There are eight depositions, so I need approximately $20,000 (not including process servers and other smaller fees).

This is the disgusting reality of litigation and why the 'have's' get away with stepping on the 'have not's' -- most of us don't have an extra $20,000 laying around for costs, not to mention attorneys! The Trump Campaign has an endless black hole of money for their high-priced attorneys and legal costs -- I only have you.
