Aj Miller Medical Expenses

Hello, my name is LeAnn Ziegler and I am a family friend of the Miller Family. My oldest son Carter pictured on the right in the photo is best friends with Aj Miller (pictured left) . Aj became sick around Christmas with what was thought to be just a sinus infection but turned out to be an infection that spread to his brain and now he is battling the infection along with blood clots and a staph infection. He was transported over a week ago to Roanoke Memorial Hospital Pediatric ICU Unit for treatment where he still is today and we do not know at this point for how much longer. I received permission from his mother to create this GoFundMe. This Floyd family is in desperate need of our help. They have not been able to work since all of this happened and AJ has ZERO medical insurance. They are driving back and forth from Roanoke to Floyd and having to spend money on food each day. If there was ever a time someone needed help it is this family and it is right now. Please let’s all come together as the great Floyd community that I know we are and take a burden off of their shoulders and please pray for Aj to make a full recovery and be able to get back to his normal life of being a typical 14 year old teenage boy.
