ATCF 2023 School Supplies Project

ATCF is excited to announce the launch of our Summer 2023 School Supply Drive! Our drive is dedicated to supporting the children of members of the Comité Fronterizo de Obrer@s (CFO) to continue their education and expand opportunities.

In transnational solidarity since 1999, ATCF has maintained close relationships with our Mexican border partner, the CFO. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing struggles for border communities, the CFO has stepped up to meet their maquiladora workers' immediate needs. They also expanded union and gender rights organizing in the workplace!

Once again this year, the frontline organizers of the CFO have requested support for their school children.

Goal of this drive: to provide essential school supplies to the children of maquiladora workers. These supplies will be transported to Piedras Negras, MX, in August, ensuring that these young individuals have the necessary tools to pursue their education.
