I'm originally from the Netherlands and lived for 16 years in China before moving to Portugal 9 years ago. I'm an experienced WordPress developer who has worked on numerous custom website projects. For this project, I allocated a rate far below my regular professional rate, because I believe in the importance of this platform for our community.
