Olá, Sou o Fernando Antunes Amaral, Mestre em Antropologia Visual.

O Ano passado transformei uma reportagem num documentário acerca de exemplos em território nacional de projectos de transição ecológica e social.

O que era para ser uma reportagem que acompanhava a estreia, em diversos locais, do documentário "Alter Nativas" de Juan del Rio, transformou-se num documentário aonde recolhemos imensos depoimentos acerca deste movimento internacional de transição.

Ora um documentário requer muito mais trabalho, seja na edição do video, seja na edição de côr ( color grading) seja na de audio. Mas um dos trabalhos mais pesados por não ser creativo e sim muito repetitivo é a transcrição, tradução e legendagem. Acreditamos que este documentário deveria ter legendagem para inglês para assim chegar não só a um publico mais alargado na Europa e outros, assim como aos residentes em portugal que vêm de outros países poderem compreender a mensagem e assim este documentário ter ainda mais impacto.

Acreditamos que terá esse impacto positivo, com a essencial ajuda de todas nós.

Acreditamos tambem que serve bem de piloto para mostrar a necessidade de se mapear os movimenrtos de transição (e não só- de boas praticas em geral, regenerativos), coisa que propomos fazer num outro trabalho e com a ajuda financeira de todas.

Hello, I'm Fernando Antunes Amaral, Master in Visual Anthropology.

Last year I transformed a video report into a documentary about examples of ecological and social transition projects in the national territory.

What was supposed to be a report that accompanied the premiere, in various locations, of the documentary "Alter Nativas" by Juan del Rio, turned into a documentary where we collected a lot of testimonies about this international transition movement.

Now, a documentary requires a lot more work, whether in video editing, color grading or audio editing. But one of the heaviest jobs, as it is not creative but very repetitive, is transcription, translation and subtitling. We believe that this documentary should have English subtitles so that it can reach not only a wider audience in Europe and others, as well as residents of Portugal who come from other countries being able to understand the message and thus this documentary having even more impact.

We believe it will have this positive impact, with the essential help of all of us.

We also believe that it serves well as a pilot to show the need to map the Transition Movement (and good practices in general, regenerative ones, including municipalities in transition), something that we propose to do in another work and with the financial help of everyone.
