Take a small step and be part of the turn around

Antionette is a devoted single mother, great character, dependable, never late to work, sister, daughter, and great friend. Antionette works full time at The Health & Wellness Center for almost 4 years. She takes pride in her job and treats it like it is hers. She arrived to work on Monday and was not feeling well. Dr Secil and NP Derek immediately started IV vitamins and fluids and had her rest on the couch in the back of the office. Antionette was only asking about her patients and was selfless. She wanted to make sure the office flow was in order. Colleagues told her no worries just rest. Antionette was continuing to not feel well after a few hours and asked if she could come to the front desk beside Dr Secil. She slowly came to the desk and Dr Secil said sis you don’t look good we have to get you to the hospital now. Mr Kenric came to the office immediately and Antionette could not walk or stand up. Mr Kenric and Dr Secil placed her in the wheelchair and Mr Kenric picked Antionette up like a baby and got her into the car as her legs were inoperative and her face and hands began to tremor forcefully. In the ER Antiontte went into convulsions and fell off of the couch hitting her head on the floor. Her blood pressure remained low, convulsions became worse she was admitted to step down. She was not any better in a couple of hours so she was then admitted to ICU, Intubated, and placed in a chemical coma. It has been almost a week and we still do not have any answers, tremors continue, feedings have started, and all tests have been run. Antionette cared for patients all day everyday and now she’s a patient. We are asking for friends, colleagues, patients, and family to assist with care, her home, and her boys.
