Justice for Hoang Minh Phan

DISD  school district doesn’t want to take no responsibilityWHEN YET my 13 yearold brother was under their vision at a San Antonio field trip and unfortunately drowned and was put on a Ventilator where TODAY they pull the plug and all the school wants to say is their condolences but not on how my brother was unsupervised !! Please help with whatever u can while me and my family  are saying our final words and just want justice for our angel that shouldn’t had gone too soon from us .. thank u May god be with y’all ❤️
