Alan Turman was attending a funeral for his mother in law at a church, when he was gunned down. There was a restraining order against the suspect and there had been a couple of calls to IMPD about harassment of Alan & his wife.

Unfortunately, the suspect crashed the funeral and started an altercation with the family. Alan was shot and succumbed to his wounds on the scene.

Alan was newly married & actually was working on the life insurance policy paperwork & other marital affairs with his wife.

The family is asking for donations for the burial & wife’s time off. Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers.
