Alan Mitchell Family House Fire - How to help

Hello,

My dad, Alan S. Mitchell and his wife Faith Mitchell, experienced a tragedy when their home in Star City, IN caught fire and have lost almost everything.

My dad has spent his life in service to others, whether it's working tirelessly his entire career at the VA Medical Center, ensuring our veterans are provided best-in-class healthcare, coaching little league, organizing the church Labor Day celebration (10 years in a row) to caring for his mother in her later years. Now it's him who can use assistance.

Many items lost in the fire can never be replaced, but for the things that can (clothes, kitchen items, toiletries etc.) any help that can be given would be so greatly appreciated.
