Alaska to Colorado for Memorial - Travel Funds

Hi - my name is Kassie Price and I was the wife, now widow of Zachary Price, the mother of his only daughter Makaia Price (12) and the 2nd mother (step mother) of his oldest son Payton Bennett-Price (nearly 16). Last Wednesday 6/21/2023, my kids lost their father tragically and unexpectedly. He lived in Denver, Colorado and the kids and I reside in Alaska. I would like to take the kids to pay their respects to their late father and for me to be able to say goodbye and get closure for the end of my marriage.. I also would like some happiness to come of this tragedy, for the kids to meet their grandparents, Kim and Derek, their Aunt Janece and her kids, their cousins, and their Uncle James.

I next to never ask for help or monetary assistance and legitimately hate to even ask. I usually can always find a way to make things happen. I’m usually the one donating and tossing money to help others. Unfortunately I have 2 big expenses coming up quickly. One being needing to purchase a new vehicle because mine is going nips up and a big surgical procedure.. if I could raise even half of this amount I’m asking for assistance with it would take a huge portion off my plate and would help IMMENSELY and much easier for me to carry the financial responsibility of the other portion to get us to Colorado. I wish it wasn’t so expensive to fly out of Alaska but the reality is it is, and sometimes we have to humbly ask for help. If you can find it in your heart to assist, know that this means literally everything to me and mine. If we exceed this and there is money left over it will be used to give the kids an experience while we are in Colorado.
