Alden Perez loving daughter

Hi, my name is Pam. My daughter Alden passed away at the age of 26 years old, which is going on 4 years now. She was sick with double pneumonia, which caused her to get septic shock, and she ended up passing away, leaving behind two children, Izabella, 12, and Makhilyn, 11. I miss her very much. I wish she was still here with us, but I could use some help.

I'm having to take care of her two children along with other grandparents and my mother. I could use some help with her funeral expenses and paying for her tombstone.
