Alejandro Faudoa Memorial Fund

I would like to introduce you to my nephew Alejandro Faudoa.

On August 30, 2023, twenty-eight year old Alejandro asked his girlfriend to be his wife. She said yes!

On September 16, 2023, Alejandro attended the grand opening of Los Chapulines SeaFood in Juarez, Mexico. A restaurant he had invested in with dreams of more restaurants in the future. Alejandro had big dreams as an entrepreneur. He loved to help his family and loved to have grand adventures with his fiancée, his family, and his friends. He was a man who worked hard and lived life to its fullest with so much to look forward to.

On September 20, 2023 his life was tragically cut short. On that day, Alejandro was shot and killed by an Oklahoma state trooper during a traffic stop while heading eastbound on the Turner Turnpike in his semi-truck tractor. According to news reports, Alejandro was pulled over at approximately 8:22 a.m. At approximately 8:35 a.m. the trooper advised the communications center shots had been fired by the trooper. Little to no information has been released explaining in detail why Alejandro was pulled over or what happened in those 13 minutes.

With Alejandro’s dual-citizenship (American/Mexican) and the fact he was working out of his home state of Texas, transportation of his remains is more complicated. His remains will be transported from Oklahoma to El Paso, Texas. Then will be transferred to Juarez, Mexico for transport to Torreon, Mexico for his burial.

Alejandro’s fiancée in El Paso and family in Mexico are shocked and saddened by his tragic death. They are not financially prepared for the unexpected costs they are facing. Any donations will be used to help his fiancée and family take care of immediate costs and with settling Alex’s estate. Immediate costs include the cost of transport, the cost of a casket, the cost of funeral expenses, and travel costs. Estate costs are to be determined but might include probate fees, real estate fees, and documentation fees to name a few.

Thank you for reading this and thank you for any help you can give to his fiancée and family. Please keep them in your prayers as they navigate this difficult time.
