We are the family of Aleksander Kandiliotis and his devoted parents, Nick and Sham. Today, we are reaching out to raise funds to help Aleksander receive the critical treatment and support he needs as he bravely battles a rare and aggressive form of adult cancer.

Aleksander is just 14 years old, yet he is facing a battle no child should ever have to endure—an incredibly rare and aggressive form of adult colon cancer. Diagnosed at just 11, he is now confronting this relentless disease for the third time after undergoing multiple major surgeries and grueling treatments.

Yet through it all, Aleksander remains a warrior. He meets each day with unshakable courage, never complaining—always smiling, always cracking a joke. His resilience is nothing short of extraordinary.

By his side, his devoted parents, Nick and Sham, have given everything—love, strength, and unwavering determination—to fight for their son. But now, they need us. Aleksander’s medical team in Australia has exhausted all available treatment options.
