Hello Everyone,

I'm sooo excited to share that I got accepted into the Chicago Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive again this summer!! I would love to attend again, and am asking for help from all of you.

Since attending last summer, I feel that I am learning more and am even more committed to ballet. I am dancing 14-15 hours a week!!! It's truly wonderful and I love it. I would love to also share with you that The Chicago Joffrey Academy accepted me into their Pre-Professional Program this past year, but with how far away we live, my rigorous school studies, and our family life this option just simply wasn't possible. Instead, I dedicated even more of my time to ballet while I am here in Appleton.

Last summer at Joffrey, I had the privilege to work not only on pointe and classical ballet repertoire, but was introduced to West African dance, contemporary, jazz, and pilates! It was challenging but so much fun to learn more about the dance world. I missed my family but I really LOVED the responsibilities of being on my own.

Your donation will help pay for my tuition, my housing in downtown Chicago, and my required attire for the intensive.

I have learned more and more that dance is my absolute passion.

With your help, along with my joy and gratitude to God for the gift of dance, I will continue to get closer to my dream of becoming a professional ballerina.
