Seven years ago, Aleph Eatery opened its doors with a dream—to bring people together through food, connection, and a celebration of Middle Eastern flavors. Over the years, we’ve shared countless meals, celebrated milestones, and built a community that has made Aleph so much more than just a restaurant.
Today, with heavy hearts, we are announcing that Aleph Eatery will close its doors on January 26th. This decision comes after years of resilience, innovation, and tireless effort to recover from the devastating impact of the pandemic.
While Aleph was a profitable operation, every penny we’ve earned has gone toward paying off the significant debts we incurred during the pandemic. The burden has become unsustainable, leaving us no choice but to close.
We are asking for your help to close this chapter with grace. Contributions to this fundraiser will go directly toward:
- Paying Off Pandemic Debts: Clearing overdue vendor payments and credit cards that have weighed us down.
- Supporting Our Team: Two of our incredible staff members are on visa sponsorships and preparing to apply for permanent residency. Your support will help us ensure they are taken care of during this transition.
- Providing Stability for the Future: This support will allow us to step forward with dignity and strength.
