Alessandra Minaya was born Tuesday June 19th at 10:20 p.m. via C-section. She weighed in at 8lbs 14oz. However, soon after delivery the doctors realized Alessandra was having some difficulties. She had Meconium Aspiration Syndrome that required expert treatment so they quickly transferred her to Children's Hospital of Denver where she is currently staying. Her stay at Children's Hospital is currently expected to last for at least one month.
No one wants to start off as a new family while worrying about incurring high medical debt. I would like for David and Erin to be able to focus solely on getting their daughter (my new niece!) feeling better instead of on the bills that will soon start coming in. I started this Go Fund Me to help Erin and David with the medical expenses associated with her treatment and long term stay. We really appreciate any help you can give them in reaching this goal!
